Orders over £40 are delivered FREE OF CHARGE
Payment for orders outside the UK is worked out by items ordered value and can be viewed in checkout before payment is taken. Standard deliveries should arrive within 3 working days of placing the order (on all orders placed before 3.30pm).
Deliveries within the UK cannot be reported late with Royal Mail until after the seventh working day. If your order has not arrived within 17 working days we would consider it a failed delivery and submit a claim to Royal Mail while re-sending you your order.
If you think your order is late or lost please check with your local sorting office before calling us as a large percentage of delayed mail is awaiting collection. We cannot do this on your behalf as the sorting office will only tell the addressee whether they have mail waiting. All prices are GBP and include VAT.
Our Promise All of our products come with a satisfaction money back promise that gives you (the customer) 14 days from receipt of your order to return it or any part of it to us for any reason and claim a full refund. This however does not mean that after 14 days we don't care if you have any queries or comments about any order placed please contact us through the contact us page quoting any order number if applicable.
Returns If your product is defective in any way please email us at admin@mychoicebeauty.com. Defective items will be replaced upon receipt of the defective product. All defective returns must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
All returned products must be returned in the original boxes with all contents included.
Email us with the following details:
1.Your name and order number. 2.Your e-mail address. 3.The product title being returned. 4.Description of the fault.
Once we receive your email we will send you a Returns Advice and return postal address.
Cancellation/Non-faulty Returns You have the right to cancel within seven days of your contract with us, or seven days after receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you do cancel your order, you will have any payment returned to you.
If you cancel after shipment of any goods, you must return them to us within 14 days if they are faulty, or within 7 days if the goods are incorrect or not required.
Due to Health and Hygiene considerations we are only able to accept returns of items for any reason other than faulty goods if the packaging and/or security seal is unbroken. All goods must be returned with their packaging intact and in their original condition.
